ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY:

Project Delivery & Governance

  • Own project initiation to closure, including scope, timelines, milestones, budget, and quality.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.
  • Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Drive change management and manage project dependencies.

Resource & Team Management

  • Plan, allocate, and manage project resources efficiently.
  • Lead and mentor teams, supporting performance, growth, and career development.
  • Work effectively in a matrix organization with cross-functional teams.

Financials, Estimation & Documentation

  • Prepare effort estimates, budgets, and cost tracking.
  • Monitor project financials and ensure cost efficiency.

    • Project Plans.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of overall IT experience.
  • 6+ years of Project Management experience.

Certifications (Mandatory)

  • PMP or PRINCE2.
  • Scrum Master certification.

Education

  • 15 years of full-time education.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY

  • Own and contribute to end-to-end SDLC delivery of .NET / Angular applications.
  • Translate business requirements into technical design and implementation plans.
  • Lead development across .NET (C#, Web API), Angular, and SQL Server.
  • Ensure code quality, standards, and best practices through reviews.
  • Develop and maintain applications using ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, Angular, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, SQL Server .

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies – .NET / ASP.NET / .NET Core .
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Angular.
  • Extensive experience in Full SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure services (App Services, Azure SQL, Storage, Key Vault).
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or similar).
  • Strong understanding of Git-based source control (branching strategies, pull requests).

WORK LOCATION

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY

  • Serve as the primary contact for customer issues via ticketing systems, email,or phone.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Analyze logs, reproduce issues, and perform root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to resolve bugs and deploy fixes.
  • Write SQL queries and perform API testing for data and integration support.
  • Maintain documentation and mentor junior team members.

DESIRED SKILL

  • Bachelor’s degree/BCA/BSC in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Candidates with 1–2 years of IT software support experience, or freshers with basic knowledge.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
  • Basic scripting or programming skills (e.g., Python or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL) and writing SQL queries.

WORK LOCATION

WORKING HOURS

  • 9-hour rotational shifts: 3 AM to 12 PM, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM (15-days rotation).
